I would have opted, too, for the outdoors and great photos rather than the inside of a building (well, depending, of course).<br /><br />Lighthouses have always been a favorite of mine. We have several on the Great Lakes.<br /><br />The photo you were asking about was taken at about 40 Shambles (I tried to find it on Google Earth). I know it was just a little alleyway off the Shambles.<br /><br />Interesting story about the Minster being struck by lightening and the circumstances. I'm just finishing a book by Peter Hitchens, entitled 'The Abolition of Britain.' It could of course also be entitled 'The Abolition of the U.S.' since we seem to be taking a similar path, economically and socially.<br /><br />I would love to visit the coast of England.
